There are essentially two methods for the redigenere program of the work or rather schedule.
The first is the PERT method, which is expressed by a graph of lattice type and graphic elements are linked together, for the duration of each activity is assigned;
The second method, known as GANTT and also the most used coordinators at the design stage, is instead expressed in bars, indicating the duration, the beginning and end of each activity, which also indicated a start date and a date of completion of work. This method is very useful, as it is easy to use but needs to be updated during the work, as the same may be modified during the project execution stage. It important is the schedule of works because it allows the reduction of risk when you submit the simultaneous multi-stage taking place in the same time and same place.
