So, having said that, with regard to private clients, for the account and the person on whom the whole work is done, it will be a natural person as holder of obligations criminal penalties, and will be identified in a clear and objective; such as the legal representative and / or the person entitled to sign the contract.
As regards the other hand, public procurement, will be designated as the developer and project manager, solely responsible for the procedure (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 163/06, SM)
