The new resolution of the Regional Government, in force since October 2010, determines some important changes in terms of performance and energy certification for buildings private and public. For public buildings are introduced performance levels more stringent energy standards by 10% in force.
The resolution also introduces a new definition of energy from renewable sources on the basis of Directive 28/2009/CE (with the possibility then to enhance the contribution of heat pumps) and updates the requirements for the mandatory fitting of facilities from renewable energy sources.
