As is known the D. Lgs. 235/03, which entered into force on 19/07 / 05, provides that''the scaffolding be assembled, dismantled or rebuilt under the supervision of a responsible and by workers who have received adequate training specific to the planned operation.''
The law provides that all workers engaged in scaffolding, had to play the course the latest on 23/02/2009 in order to not fall into disciplinary actions.
