Simplification, lower costs for companies, payments faster and more speed for the formal procedures (from one month to two to three days ) involving the construction sector. In Emilia-Romagna, this will be possible thanks to two agreements which the protagonists Region, business associations, trade unions and the Joint National Committee for the speaker building (CNCE). As part of the Emilia-Romagna, the project of dematerialization of the Document Of Social Security (Durch) in Emilia-Romagna, for the approximately 60 000 business sector, this document is necessary in more than 100 000 copies for public works and about 250 000 copies for the private sector.
Emilia-Romagna region in Italy is the first to start the trial in order to simplify the administrative procedures related to the Durch when requesting, receiving and storage, but also to gather the information necessary to verify the classification of enterprises and monitor traders active in the region. In addition to the Region, the regional construction trade unions and business associations, the project was also shared with the Committee Durch composed of the National INPS, Inail CNCE. The trial will involve the Speaker's Construction Piacenza, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna, Forlì-Cesena which joined voluntarily to participate in the project.
