Law n.220 of 13 December 2010 (Law of Stability in 2011 - ex. Budget Law), published in SO No 281 to the Official Gazette 297, 12.21.2010, extended until December 31, 2011 the deduction of 55% of the costs incurred for the redevelopment of buildings and led by five to ten years the period for deduction of expenses.
no changes to existing legislation, for spending limits, rates of deduction and operations allowed.
